A new Master Handbook should be uploaded to the website by October 1st 2010.

In the meantime ALL versions of the Master handbook have been removed from the web site.

Commencing July 2010, the Ontario Government introduces the Harmonized Sales Tax. From that date all fees will attract sales tax at 13%. New forms for Trial Applications, Membership applications, Dog registrations and Applications to become a CARO judge have been uploaded to the Forms page. Any applications received after July 1st must include the HST otherwise they will be returned.


Course Design Software
Thanks to the computer programming expertise of Sarah-Jane Petti we now have a course design program available for CARO RallyO courses. It requires Microsoft Powerpoint to run and there are instructions included in the program. Go to the Forms page for the link to this program.

We now have a Calendar on the website - check under Events. All events are colour coded by Province, click on the link in the date field to get all the information.



A Rule Committee has been formed consisting of Bev Hurst (Chair) with Anthea Miller, Jeanne Shaw and myself as committee members. All proposed rule changes must be submitted to the Rule Committee with the following format:- * Proposed New Rule (either new or a change in an existing) * Reasoning for the new rule or change. The Rule committee will evaluate all proposals and make recommendation to the Executive. If the Executive approves of the new rule or change. the proposals will be submitted to the next Annual General Meeting for approval by the membership. There will be no presentation of other rules changes allowed at the Annual Meeting.
NOTE: The Rule changes discussed at the last AGM are being finalized and will be available soon.
