Election of Vice Chair

Huge congratulations to Kate Zinggl to the position of Vice Chair of the CARO Board of Directors.   The present CARO board (and I'm sure the whole membership) would like to extend our sincere congratulations to Kate and to thank her for her willingness to serve in this important leadership role.
